Shipping & Returns

Shipping — We Drop the Gloves, Not the Ball

We ship orders as fast as a winger on a breakaway.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (custom-printed gear takes a minute — we’re making it just for you).

  • Shipping Time: Most orders in the U.S. arrive in 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx — basically whoever can get it to you quickest without slashing us on price.

  • Tracking: You’ll get a tracking email the second your order hits the ice.

⚠️ International Orders: Customs fees or duties may apply — that’s between you and your country’s referees.


Returns — The 30-Day Power Play

If your order shows up and isn’t the hat trick you expected, here’s the play:

  • Return Window: 30 days from the day it lands on your doorstep.

  • Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and smelling like fresh laundry — not the penalty box.

  • Process: Email us at info@slashhockey.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds: We’ll refund you once we inspect the gear. Shipping costs aren’t refunded (those refs don’t work for free).


Exchanges — The Friendly Line Change

Need a different size or style?

  • Email us at info@slashhockey.com within 30 days.

  • We’ll swap it out once the original is back in our hands.

  • Customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping back to you.


Damaged or Defective Gear — Our Bad

If something arrives damaged or defective, send pics to info@slashhockey.com within 7 days. We’ll get a replacement out faster than a slapshot.
